Tras la aventura francesa, Juan Carlos Carcedo vuelve para enrolarse en las filas del CD Leganés que militaba en Segunda División A, donde se ganó el cariño de la afición pepinera (2002-2004). After playing for OGC Nice, Juan Carlos Carcedo returned to Spain, where he won the hearts of supporters at CD Leganes, in the 2nd Division A.
